Welcome to My AI Reporter! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before

our AI-powered news generation tool. By accessing or using the tool, you agree to
comply
with and be bound by these terms.
1. Usage of the Tool
My AI Reporter is designed to generate, rewrite, and summarize news articles in
Marathi, Hindi, and English based on real-time data and user input.
Users can generate news from FIRs, Twitter, YouTube, and press releases, along
with
creating SEO-friendly elements like headlines, keywords, tags, and thumbnails.
2. User Responsibility
Users must verify all news articles generated using My AI Reporter.
While we strive for accuracy, we, as developers, are not responsible for the
authenticity or correctness of the generated news articles.
The writing of this news has been prepared under artificial intelligence under
computer.
Due to this, the details, names, and all other legal rules and conditions have
been
checked before publishing the news. The responsibility of this text lies with
the user
and their publishing organization/platform.
Any kind of writing or publication that is obscene, offensive, or incites to
commit a
misdemeanor is a crime as per the code. If any person in the society objects to
such
writing or publication, a crime can be registered against the person related to
that
writing or publication. The user is aware of this and takes full responsibility.
The user is fully responsible for the text prepared through the computer system
My AI
Reporter. Content Ocean Infotech Pvt. Ltd. and Appdroid have no connection with
this.
3. Credit System and Pricing
Free Plan: 5 credit points for generating 5 news articles.
Monthly Plan: 450 credit points per month for ₹7000 (discounted from ₹10,000).
Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing available upon request.
4. Intellectual Property
All generated content belongs to the user once created. However, My AI Reporter
holds
the rights to the tool and its proprietary algorithms.
5. Limitation of Liability
My AI Reporter provides tools for content generation but holds no responsibility
for
misuse, inaccuracies, or any legal implications arising from the generated
content.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified
of
significant changes.
